AP restricts propagation of religion

The Andhra Pradesh government has prohibited the propagation of a religion near a place of worship of another religion through an Ordinance. It is interesting to note that the Constitution of India under Article 25 grants the right not only to profess and practice but also 'propagate' a religion.

where there should be a casteless non-religious, humans rights based society, the provision for propagating religion is absurd. As long as religion is existant human beings cannot be refined. The basis of cultured life should be based on wisdom. one should be rational.
where co-operation, mutual trust, broad mindedness, transparency in every aspect of public life and no nonse human relationships, practicing principled simplicity prevais, the eversomany costitutional provisions... National and International could only be trash. Practicing humanrights at all levels only could make a pleasant world. Accumulation of wealth by vested
interests is one of the root causes of inequality and inhuman behaviour. We the Human Rights activists will have to 'see' that simplicity is practiced, propagated and Multi National Corporations are done away with, with popular opinion. A handful of the muticrore regimes hold the entire global population at ransom. Right? comments welcome.
