The problem was identified only after GreenPeace made noises about it. Sometime back, the Gujarat government refused to allow the 'Rainbow Warrior', the GreenPeace ship with the message of environmental justice, to anchor in Gujarat. The Supreme Court's intervention asking a ship illegally brought in for the purpose to return is timely.
