I definitely do not think its discrimination, infact its a blessing for women. I know so many women doing night shifts are definitely not happy either due to harrasment or due to family commitments which are being neglected due to the night shifts. Some have had medical problems. Its just so sad that to increase their business, companies take on so much work but inturn make employees work odd hours to save office space. I mean if you dont have the resources, why torture poor citizens.
